Jon Ibanez scored the go-ahead goal for George Jenkins with 3:01 left in the match, and Alex Morrell added a late goal with 11.9 seconds left in the Boys, Class 4A regional quarterfinals. Sean Whalen scored for Jenkins with 29.9 seconds left in the first half on an assists by Anthony Lucido to tie the game, 1-1.Freedom took an early 1-0 lead on a goal by Jett Wright.
Jenkins will be at home on Friday in the regional semifinals against the Tampa Gaither-Lake Region winner.
